1. What are your office hours? Are you open on weekends?

Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Your recruiter will provide you with a number to call for emergencies on a weekend assignment.
Please call ahead if you are interested in applying, an appointment may be required.

2. When do I get paid?

Paychecks are disbursed weekly on Friday. There is a one-week lagtime in the paycheck schedule.

3. Who do I call if there is a problem getting to work?

Always call your recruiter first for any problem, we are your employer.

4. If I am registered with one of your other offices do I need to fill-out paperwork again?

In some circumstances, yes. Let your recruiter know where you are registered.

5. What type of testing do you do?

We use computer-based skills testing to evaluate office skills testing.
Some employers may require drug screens or background checks.

6. Where can I cash my check?

Our payroll checks can be cashed at Bank of America. Contact us to find out which branch we have an agreement with.

7. Do you provide transportation to the job site?

You are responsible for your transportation.

Many jobs are on the bus line but some require that you have your own transportation.

9. Do you charge a fee for your services?

No. Reputable staffing services never charge a fee to the applicant.

10. Are all your offices centrally managed?

Some of our offices are independently-owned franchises operating with the same high standards of quality and ethics as our Corporate-owned offices.
